Portugal is in a different time zone than North America—it is currently 5 hours ahead of the North American east coast and 8 hours of the west coast. 

That means that some live presentations in Portugal will take place very early in the morning in North America… 

Fortunately, only part of the live event will be during these early hours, plus: you will have on-demand access to the hi-def video recording of everything. These recordings will be available no later than 12 hours after each live presentation. 

Your participation from anywhere in the world includes the ability to ask your questions live during a session or in advance via our easy Q&A submission form.

On the Home page, on the left side, you will have easy access to the “Join Session” button. Simply select it with your mouse cursor and you will be redirected to the current session. After joining the session, you will see a “Click For Audio” message on the left side of your screen. Please select this option to watch and hear the live presentation.

You can post your questions during the live sessions by clicking the “Q&A” tab which is found at the right-side tab.

You can watch the session on demand by opening the conference website and selecting the “Sessions On Demand” tab, which is found under the main menu “Sessions” display tab.

You can find the workbook on the home page. You only have to click “Access Workbook” and you’ll be able to download the PDF file.

You can find the bonus material on the home page. You only have to click “Bonus Material” and you’ll be able to download the PDF file.

The Networking Chat, is found under the main menu at the top of the page. This is a closed chat and only members can see what is written here.

Many of the virtual booths include a chat box feature available between attendees and speakers. You will find all virtual booths at the Exhibition Hall tab, found under the main menu at the top of the page.
